Q: How long will it take to receive my item?
A: We use United States Post Office for our shipping. Standard shipping is 3-5  business days.
 You can occasionally expect delays due to inclement weather or COVID.

Q: It has been longer than 5 days, and I still have not received my order. What should I do?
A:  Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the following day. Due to COVID or inclement weather, please allow an additional 2 days

Q: I received my item and it doesn't work? What should I do? 
A: Contact us via email and we will gladly help you to navigate the issue or replace the product if necessary. Refer to our return policy.

Q: Are you a multi-level marketing company?
A: No, we are not. We are a Black Woman owned company. We sell products exclusively online, we do not recruit sellers or partners.

Q: Can I use my toy with a partner?
A: Many of our toys are made to use alone or with a partner. However we caution against sharing toys  or using with multiple partners as they can transmit STI's. This is why cleaning and condom use is highly recommended. 

Q: Can I use alcohol or bleach to sanitize my toy?
A: Absolutely Not. Do not use any cleaners you would not use on your sensitive parts. Stick to soap and water as recommended. 

Q: Can I change the battery in my item?
A: Toys with a lithium battery cannot be changed out, as they come with a USB charger. We have a few items that use alkaline batteries. Those can be replaced. 

Q: Why isn't an item I order previously no longer for sale?
A: We are constantly updating our inventory based on what you, the customer enjoys. We receive our feedback from focus groups, customer orders and reviews. Additionally, because we order from overseas, there are delays in delivery on occasion.
Q: How long will my item last?
A: It varies depending on how many "miles" you put on it, whether or not you use it correctly (sometimes we go a little overboard and can break it right away), and your care and storage of it. Most lithium battery toys will last anywhere from 6 months to a 1 year, and up to 2 or 3 years. For best results, follow the directions and our  Take Care Guide
